Welcome everyone to Restaff's Ninth Release!
This month of December has been crazy with the holidays!
But we managed to release some resources anyway! Here we go!
Please remember to credit the makers of the resources if you use them!
We also don't allow the resources to be redistributed anywhere else.
If you want to share it, please direct them here instead!

First up is from the awesome, Fomar0153!
This month he contributed a script that would certainly peak the interest of any pokemon/digimon fans!
He releases an Evolution Script which makes your monster evolve either through leveling or through
items! Grab it while it's hot~!
Second is from the resident artists, Archeia_Nessiah and Scinaya!
This time they feature RMXP heroes, Basil, Gloria and Hilda with complete bust portraits and facesets!
Check them out~ Gloria is awesome!
The next one is from the ever wonderful, Thalzon!
Being with the festive spirit, Thalzon created 4 battlers based on Christmas!
The fourth one is from our newest member of the Restaff, Liberty!
She's also known as Silversatyr or Kajini. Her first contribution are tiles and icons for this release!
And finally, one final contribution from the awesome Timmah!
He contributes 6 pretty battle transitions that could help with your game!

Archeia and Scinaya should fuse using potala earrings and become just one super freaking artist (though this is the gayest Basil I've ever seen).

Hi there, new forum/VX Ace user so I am a bit of a noob so I'm sorry if I ask anything that you have answered a thousand times already.
Are all these packs seperate downloads or are they all included with the latest release?
Are they noob friendly to use and/or any noob friendly tutorials to help me use them?
Are they still free to use in commercial games or do copyright issues affect these downloads?
