Is there any free programs people use to edit sprites (besides paint lol)

Graphics Gale has a free version with only GIF format not included. Which you won't need if you're making stuff for RM.

pretty sure this is just about the same thread thats here a million times.... but i recommend paint.net, it's what i use for just about everthing
