Hey,

Yeah, I know I don't post much, but I'm here to just announce this to the RM community. There's a contest going on called the "Liberated Pixel Cup". All pixel artists are coming out to compete and contribute to make the best set of RPG art available for free! Which means free quality art for everyone, and a challenge for the artists.

Tons of stuff in there, it's already enough for a game if you're creative.

Are these supposed to be free to use? I can't find any information on who to credit. Also, are the tiles XP or VX size? I can't tell.

i am understanding this to mean they are creating the materials for open use, but I'd give site credit, myself.

well, it would work in vx, but it looks stylistically a lot like xp. nonetheless, i agree with touch that...
