Races and Cultures on Avarion

The Races on Avarion

Avarion has been developed as a world for Pen-and-Paper RPGs before I decided to make an RM-game in the same setting, and as a result there are many more races available for characters than I can fit into the game. Not all of the races are fully developed yet, and I still have to translate a lot before being able to post them here...

RPG-isodes

While working on my projects, while enjoying making them, I get a general feeling on un-accomplishment.

In general, I was thinking of starting lines of RPG-isodes.

What is an RPG-isode?

As it probably sounds, story series made in RPG makers. Mostly all cinematic, you watch a series of cut-scenes that form one RPG-isode.

Why make an RPG-isode?

Because...

Memory---yes, from THAT show

Posted by Maus Merryjest in Maus Muses, 29 May 2013 · 79 views

Things being as they are, I must admit: I HATE Andrew Lloyd Webber.

That being said, there is one thing that makes me break my solemn vow to not sing Lloyd Webber-- my friends.
This track is dedicated to a very dear friend of mine, who likes this song.

So... without further ado, "Memory" from Andrew Lloyd Webber's "CATS"

tales of medea, devlog

Ok, I may not have a witty title for every post I make but it's a good start to this devlog. When I was participating in GMD for April, I found it quite motivating to have to write about the project as I developed it further. Currently I can't participate in the GMD for May, so I thought I'd start this devlog instead. As with the GMD, I am going to be spe...

So i posted a short clip of this on the forums in a thread somewhere but it has long since been probably pushed down. So I figured I will make a new posting advertising it here. What I am going to link is a short demonstration of the type of combat you can look forward to in my upcoming game. It is the extremely powerful Pearl ABS v2 Battle System and onc...

Posted by Mon Dez in COVB Dev Blog, 07 May 2013 · 136 views

Well I am very thankful from the help I have gotten from Yami and with that comes an update:

CoVB is temporarily postponed (shocking right) for a commercial project that I've been meaning to create and that is the Guardian Spirits game. Now of course as things stand I was able to commission a script from Yami after I requested help from him though it was...

However I got some brainstorming done in terms of Gameplay Systems and scripts. As of now, I'll most likely use a bunch of Yanflys YEA scripts, spice them up with some other custom scripts an...
