      Because a settlement can be more than a place for for the player to resupply. It all comes down to what kind of game the dev wants to make.

      Then here comes some ppl who think "why there's no npc building, only shops, and inn. That ain't immersive"

      Rather than complaints about the unused building, I'd complain about the useless mechanic. Like, why even bother with minigames, puzzle, or even defense in turn-based RPG.

    I forgot how time consuming being productive is! Where has my week gone?!

      I thought NPC's are always productive... :p

      @Poryg We NPCs stand still for hours at a time, and pay heroes to find our chickens, so idk about that.

      You've nevet played Gothic? The NPCs there are always productive... Except when they're sleeping or eating.

      The idea that a birthday can be ruined in the first place makes me laugh. It's just the anniversary of your birth. Then again, these things might as well be alien concepts to me.

      Christmas Eve is a fairly unimportant thing. To Christians it's probably the least important holiday (Easter being the most important), and to many others it's just the night before they get money and free gifts; gifts often chosen ahead of time by the recipient themselves. Though, I've always liked the idea of Christmas day bringing people together.

      Acesprite is pretty aces, but I always felt the UI was a bit to stylish. I feel like with programs like that, UI should be more straight forward and not styalized. Great tool though.

      Bethesda haven't been doing too well, reputation wise, recently. The latest game to be published by them, that new Wolfenstein game, was apparently a mess. Didn't they also release a TES game on phones and tablets called Blades?

      Last time I heard about them was maybe two years ago, where I played Skyrim for a bit and remember there being a huge backlash because of paid mods. Then something about Fallout 76 being a horrible game which everyone hated. But I also started using RPG Maker at the same time and it kind of sucked me in so I didn't play many (non-RPG Maker) games since then.

      Bethesda has released bug filled games in the past, but they got away with it because people liked the premise. But you know, you look at Skyrim and still see a lot of bugs. Fallout was just the straw that broke the camel's back. They basically created a game so filled with bugs it was nigh unplayable. Bethesda needs testplayers, they need to have a better high quality outlook and they need something fresh.

      @Hyouryuu-Na Thank you!
      @The Stranger Actually, I only do the sketch in pencil. The rest is done digitally, but since I am hopeless at rendering and painting etc. and really like the "hand-drawn" look, I use a brush that looks like a pencil for the lineart or hair and other stuff.

      Nice style, but I think you need to re-consider the length of the neck - it's a bit giraffe-like at the moment. Maybe post in the WIP thread for some more expert feedback?

      @Kes Thanks for mentioning the neck, I really appreciate it! After taking a careful look at it, I really see what you mean. I feel like the problem with drawing is I often don't see mistakes that are very obvious to other people because I'm so used to my drawing style. I usually only see them several years later, haha. I'll be sure to check the WIP thread.
