Really struggling with the sealed cave in FF4, stupid monsters keep using a skill called "Blaze" almost oneshots my whole party and they always seemto get to use it three times in a row before i can even charge my skills... WTF...
So i wrote a skills exp/level script, works completely fine, you gain 1 exp for each use of the skill. simple. the only problem is, iwant to have passive skills(like atk damage + 20%) and the percentage of param increase depends on the skill level. but you can never use these passive skills, so how would you increase their level ? any ideas anyone ?
if i have 8 stats that control all other stats (params/xparam/sparams/elements ect) , one is vitality, one is strength , one is dexterity, one is magic. what would the other four be called ? or even what would 8 names for parent stats, that control all others be called ? any ideas anyone ?
Working on the finishing touches for my new equipment system. so far i have ... individual equipment, equipment levels/exp, durability, randomized stats, grades, teirs, weapon type damage variance, equip requirements... am i missing anything ?
Anyone know how to create a little banner thing for my blog ? i googled it and cant seem to find the right information ( its all about the header banner thing) the one i am needing is the little blogroll banner thing, thanks in advance for any help

It basically allows you to notetag map noteboxes with and you replace min and max with the min and max level on monster to encounter on that map. whats peoples opinons on the way that this works ? would people preffer that it was based against party level ? its obviously a pokemon script , which is why ive writte...
since all my maps are hand drawn... I admit, I super envy those who can make the tileset's work. I'm garbage at mapping, but slightly less bad at just drawing my own areas. plus it's easier to draw my own sprites than edit others to look like my characters.
aww man, color hex code #C4C4C4 doesn't work for the tint value in this scene I need something darker, which stinks just because I liked that one it was my favorite plastic explosive three times...#696969 (nice) should work better (WHY IS MY BRAIN LIKE THIS)
