When I tested it myself, it took a couple of hours (and I know where everything is), so maybe a bit more than that? And in terms of the file size, it's relatively big.

Try drawing it on scratch paper first. This way you can see what it is you need in your town before drawing it.

I found that learning after Java made it much easier...but then, Java is harder to learn...

@NPC that's probably because the basics to most programing languages are similar, so learning one language gives you an advantage with another.
