  • Ugh. Trying to figure out what changed in MZ to make MOGs battle transitions no longer work compared to MV. Anyone know if there has been a well documented list of changes from MV->MZ base code? Especially concerning Sprites and parent/child?

    @?????? this thirst has always been here, I'm just actually doing something about it this time around and learning more for myself. I ported 5 plugins from my project yesterday and I think part of my issue was being brain-fried by the end of the day so I was just no longer seeing the code layout properly... if I cant do it by this afternoon Ill probably ask for help with my addiction :p

    I had enough space in my HUD for 999999/999999 HP in case I ever decided to change font or text size and I let my event keep running to boost stats to make sure it was updating properly and came back to 33 million HP about 13 million MP, and just barely 1 million of each normal stat and it was still going!

    Manually porting my YEP library from MV to MZ because... why not? Also, the VisuStella being encoded and protected doesn't allow for the FULL customization I was wanting/needed to fully port my game... so this is my current option besides attempting to crack the code. :p

    So far on the work? YEP Item Core, YEP Upgrade Slots, DreamX Random Prefix/Suffix... all working, but needs minor tweaks.

    @OcRam perhaps you should read point 3 and 4 in the plugin ToU?
    3. You may edit the source code to suit your needs, so long as you do not claim the source code belongs to you.
    4. You may NOT redistribute these plugins nor take code from this plugin to use as your own.

    You can edit it, but cannot steal any of it to create a new plugin from it.

    Which is what I was planning on doing when I mentioned the idea of cracking it (keeping it all for myself to edit as needed and not share), but at this point its a waste as porting all of Yanfly's MV plugins so far is a cakewalk. I see no need to even touch VisuStella anymore for any purposes as long as I can get the main YEP plugins finished.

    The original source I found it at was not from Iran, if you would do more searching there are many other entities throughout the older worlds cultures that go by Ahura Mazda, and the meaning for each culture is usually the same, as odd as that may seem.

Oh man the controls in Mario Sunshine are pretty awful and I haven't even witnessed the controls without FLUDD
