Yeah, it's a great show. Nosedive is my favourite episode, although there are so many good ones to pick from.

The media that I consume is limited to documentaries and independent film, but I've heard some amazing things about this series from colleagues that know my tastes... ...so perhaps I should give it a chance. (Afraid it won't match the hype, tho.) Is it true that each episode is not generally related to the others?

@David Lister Yup, that's correct. They sometimes have easter eggs to previous episodes, but that's about it.

Ambient sound usually called 'Pad'. They used as in a long note like this. There're various version of 'Pad', though in this particular bgm, I think it's an ambient pad.
