    Yup I downloaded it and it says the following: "RPGMV is not a valid Win32 application"

    well I have Windows XP 32 Bits and it does not run


    so we can assume that it doesn't work

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
