    I took some allergy meds almost immediately, so thankfully it wasn't as bad as I was expecting. My throat tightened up, so I couldn't swallow, and my mouth was itching pretty bad, but that was about the worst of it.

    It feeds on lactose, so if someone is intolerant, can also drink kefir because most of the lactose disappears(it's my case). It has the worst taste when drank simple, but you can join pretty much everything on it to make it taste better, I do milk shakes or smoothies (I don't know the actual word to use XD)

    There is actually water kefir and milk kefir, and both are very helpful. It's all about preference. Kefir helped me a lot, I feel better overall since I drink it. I had tummy issues, I'm asthmatic, I also have allergies and all the symptons have been disappearing for the last year. Found this, explains better than me XD
