I keep hearing how turn based games are not desired by gamers anymore (from big publishers anyway), due to the complexity of the systems (gamers apparently do not like challenge these days and turn-based is terrible for games that are not challenging). But what about games like Persona? They sell a ton too.
Reading about metaverses recently. I can totally imagine myself in the future, logging in with VR glasses to a virtual beach villa sitting in a virtual chair, with a virtual laptop facing the sea...coding 16-bit RM.
