Figured out what went wrong with RPG Maker VX Ace... Still, it's a hassle having to re-import all the assets for the projects I created on my old PC... sigh.
Would have been nice to get a reply from CS though... SMH

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
