A handful of character portraits I made for the Christmas Jam, I still have at least five more to make, alongside all the other stuff you need to make a game.
Gave Mr. Gaol Lord (My games main antagonist) a very slight redesign; not because I was incredibly dissatisfied with his previous design, but because I actually know how to draw armor now.
This part's nowhere close to being finished, but the dialogue is related to thanksgiving a bit and I didn't have time to make a piece of artwork for the occasion.
(Pardon the placeholders)
(And the poor mapping)
(Please)
(Also the engage is almost a minute long)
Good news: Found enough free-time to get a little spritework done.
Bad news: The majority of the spritework was for an endgame area, and I'm not sure if I should be showing that.
So, instead of anything substantive, here's a doodle of a lady that isn't even in the game.
Fun Fact: The first dungeon was originally gonna just be a boring old forest, but I grew increasingly displeased with that and ended up redoing the overall theming of the place pretty recently. No wonder this game is taking forever to make lol.
Update: Coworker sabotaged the truck's mirrors by applying a threadlocking compound to the bolts used to adjust the mirrors. Now NO ONE can adjust them. So I filed a legit report of sabotage of equipment to leadership and declared that I cannot safely operate the vehicle if I can't see what needs to be seen. So the truck has to go to the shop for repair, and we need a substitute vehicle. Nice work, dude
Oh man. Updating my PC backup because I'd like to start 2024 with a reformat. At some point in time I turned into a "folders in my folders" type of girl.
