Trying to get a skill to show text depending on enemy ID to show passives.
Well. I tried to call one passive 'Spirit's Way'. See a problem? No? Neither did I until now!
The apostrophe in "Spirit's" ended the text eval... no wonder I kept getting unexpected input errors...I think I'm gonna cry.

So, MV crashed on me...even though I know I saved, I lost 3 hours of progress. That's an entire boss, complete with animations, action sequences, AI, drops, the works...
That's just, super depressing and I don't have it in me right now to redo the stuff I made for that boss
Instead of actually working on my game, I worked on an Excel sheet of all the data in my game! # of skills, weapons, enemies, etc.

It's astonishing how badly the loss of hearing in one ear affects balance .-. Tried to do my exercise routine and ending up doing sideways jumping jacks. Probably looked funny though!
Thankfully it can be fixed. No permanent loopy jumping jacks!
Today I learned : How plastic is made for the sole purpose of making a joke in my game about Canadian milk being served in plastic bags.
As a Canadian, I find it very amusing how confused my American friend gets over this concept of 'bagged milk'
Making AI for an enemy that actively transforms multiple times in battle according to the situation is...interesting. So many things to consider - is it currently transformed? What weaknesses does it have when transformed, so is it a good survival idea to transform now? Self buffs? What about debuffing the player's party?
I love making enemy AI's for this reason!

So, yup...breaking into the 500's for map count. Some are placeholders for now, since I haven't gotten around to actually mapping them yet. But soon. Very soon...oof, I'm scared. -

Came back cuz of the sale. Got MZ. The System 2 advanced settings for UI are so frustrating, and I see we still hate pixel fonts. Marvelous.
