    Does anyone know how you're meant to upload the map for the rpg maker festival map contest on steam? My map had to be pieced together with paint.net using print-screens, so I can't upload it via the normal steam screenshot sharing. Any ideas?

    You might be able to do it by putting the image in the maker's screenshots folder... But I haven't tried that yet.

    there's some way of getting it all in one shot, I don't remember though... look up "minimap tutorials no plugins [insert your maker version here]" and you should be able to find a tutorial

    Question for the Mods: What am I supposed to do when I can't make a synopsis 350 words long? (for project recruitment thread) @Shaz @mlogan
    The game is meant to be more on the simple side in order to be achievable so I'm a bit stuck...

    Write as much as you are able. We realize that sometimes games are simple or short enough to not make the 350 words. We mostly want a decent description and to see that you put effort in to telling us about it.

    I'm wanting to post a thread for recruiting team members for a commercial game, but I'm not completely sure which forum section I'm meant to post in... any ideas anyone?

    If you cannot directly pay people for their services, Project Recruitment is where to post. It’s intended to put together a team. If, after being established, that team decides to split profits, we obviously can’t stop that. But at that point, it’s not on us to mediate.

I just saw someone's post that had an instagram link. I have yet to be able to open that site up once, ever, or have an embed of it work (it just straight up won't show either of them). And I haven't really found a reason to try to fix the problem, either XD
