Finally got RMVXAce, got bored of only making sprites. Will release a small update for my last game to fix some things brought up by feedback.

Finally getting around to buying RMVXAce. Wonder how long non-paypal Member+ takes after confirmation.
Sometimes I get this crazy idea that I think I should try on my game only to realize it sucks, wasting the last 1-2 hours working on it.
Atelier Meruru complete. Time to work on RPG again.

I came up with this awesome idea for a minigame, and then I realized I just recreated Puyo Puyo with a few new mechanics.
Decided to type out some dialog I've been sitting on so that I don't forget and ended up with 8 pages in less than an hour.
Sometimes all I need is to listen to the right music to get into the mood to work on my game...too bad I'm busy with work at the moment.
Random Game Idea #51: A prehistoric game with cavemen and dinosaurs and the cavemen would make machines out of things like bones and volcanic materials and mount them on the dinosaurs to go to war. The enemy would be an evolved race of intelligent dinosaurs that want to wipe out the humans and stop them from using the less intelligent dinosaurs for various tasks, even though they themselves do the same thing as the humans do with the dinosaurs.

My mind is influenced too easily. If I read a funny story I want to make a light-hearted game. If I read a sad story I want to make a more depressing one.
Need to practice animating sprites, things keep coming out kind of weird.
Why must ideas for new projects invade my head when I'm already working on something?
Diablo 3 has been stealing my project time.
I just realized I've been working on a single frame of this sprite for multiple hours now.
I don't always know what's going on, but when I do, it makes me sad.
Trying to get the clothing and hands to look right on my battler sprites is getting me frustrated. Next game I'm making will feature an entire cast of talking critters so I don't have to deal with this...actually that sounds like it could be interesting...

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. 
Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design...
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
