It's been a long time since I was here but I have a lot of updates... btw I am teaching again about game programming and game design in some schools here in Brazil hahahaha It's good to see kids and teens learning this kind of thing!
I am rewatching a lot of times the stream that @Studio Blue did with Phil Alone, and seeing everything that I did wrong and right...
You guys have no idea how good it's was listening to these words! Reading the bad comments made me realize what I am doing wrong too and I think it's best when we know what is wrong!
If anyone needs a great feedback, you should look for Studio Blue, they are awesome!
The coolest thing ever about games for me is making connections like this... I meet Caio Varalta, a great Sound Designer and we worked together in a game called Egg Catcher! And I loved how the song he did it to our game became amazing!
Thank you again @SmashArtist for this amazing fan art of Luke Inn! The Collective Fanart Corner is an amazing project, I hope you guys open it again! P.S.: This is Priest Ron, one of the coolest characters in the game :3
One of the coolest things that I saw working on games it's when people do fan art of your games! This one was made by @hiddenone and I still love it to these days! Luke Inn, I hope someday I could continue this project...
The best news I got these days was when I open my Youtube Channel and realized that I almost have 800 views on my Luke Inn - Demo Trailer. This is amazing for me because it shows that we can do anything with a lot of willpower and patience! I want to thank you everyone here that is always helping me and sending tips on how to improve my GameDevs skills!
It's funny to see how much you progress... When I decided to work again on RPG Maker, I bought RPG Maker MV and decided to do a little scene as a test, today it so much different, but it's good to see the evolution now!
I have so much too do, it's time to focus and keep the good work in my Youtube Channel, my games, my Twitch, my Graphic Designer job and my Portfolio, ah and I have to study Thai too! Hahahah it's a lot but let's focus and do our best!
I am so glad to see the number of views growing each month of the trailer I made for my game, Luke Inn... I never thought that I could get 700 views! Thank you so much everyone in this community that is always helping me achieve my dreams!
It's cool to use old games as references! Right now I am working in a game that I want to have different routes, so I remember that Onimusha 2 have this kind of thing, so I searched and I found this! I am really happy now
Learning about how trademark works for game titles has given me new understanding about another reason why AAA developers/publishers sometimes reveal new games as "Project XXX" as a working title instead of the actual title. The cutthroat world of trademarks and IP trolls gets rougher every year as the pool of available titles for (legally safe) use shrinks due to the limitations of language.
