        @Kes - Can you give me more info about game threads? I would be glad to post this where I can get more feedback and exposure. I was only aware of the game + map screenshots one. I don't like using the game mechanics one b/c mine is game specific. (My project)

        It'd be kind of fun to play a game where you don't directly influence things, but cause a good ending by indirectly helping the "hero". This is kind of what the game Ghost Trick is like, but I'm thinking about something more indirect. It would be more puzzle than RPG I think.

        Hahaha. I actually have a scene in one of my games that has a similar premise to this idea. Basically the party is going through a dungeon that was looted in a previous game; one party member, who was in that previous game, wonders why all the chests have their loot back despite remembering having looted them all. :D

        Don't know if anyone has ever played Boss Monster Card Game but the premise is similar. You lure adventures to your dungeon by offering the loot they like to go after. Hey I would really like to see this in a game even if the hero just bumps into this guy atoning for his past thefts.

        @Kwerty - Funny thing is that I used a mutant squid when the arena is on the middle of a desert wasteland. It was just the first oversize enemy I had already setup and I copy/pasted it onto this map. In actuality, the arena will have enemies from the forbidden zone and hunter/human combatants too.

        I used the First Seed Grassland Tiles and blended different layers together to smooth out the tile look on the Forbidden Zone map. Then I added different map pieces from various tile set pages to get that strange land look. The Town in the corner was made at larger size and scaled down to look smaller on the map.

        @The Stranger - I'm not even sure if the gate walls are recoloured by me from the base tileset stuff or if they were there already. I've modded so such of my stuff it is hard to keep track of. Some of the graphics are mixed in First Seed Town stuff - that's why they look a bit more realistic.

        Some nice work here! The overall theme and feel is tight. If I could suggest one thing, the battlers - how about using more unique or larger designs for them? My preference, the smaller battle chars aren't doing it for me

        @Kwerty - thanks for the suggestions. I should mention that there are times when the CG are in their mech suits as battlers which makes their appearance bigger in battles. I still need to flesh out the battlebacks a bit, they are a little empty at times for sure. Plus they engage tanks and buildings too which fill the enemy side quite well.

        Not really plugins unless you count the Yanfly Mini Label one that displays the boat HP. Everything else is just eventing and graphics.

        I was thinking along the lines of puzzle/trap disabling in a dungeon setting. Party 1 steps on a pressure plate to open door for party 2 which proceeds inside to activate elevator for party 3, etc...you get the idea.

    Just a regular guy who can't stop thinking about game ideas for MV.

    I have 2900+ hours dedicated into MV as of October 2018. I'm still a learner in many areas of the program, but I'm training myself in each program group as time goes on. The last big one is learning how to do good SV battle animations using the action plugins from Yanfly. I'm currently working on a fairly large game project called Incognito Cat-Girl Battle Machines. (ICBM) and it is a modern sci-fi era game with lots of battles in classic places like hidden labs, missle silos, onboard aircraft carriers, etc. I have a bunch of short YouTube vids with parts of my game being played.
