I'm having a huge existential crisis over this character's hair!
I normally draw it all short and spiky, but recently I've been kinda leaning into this more long straight style... Going insane over thinking what to do...
Decided to retake an old concept I was working on long ago, first change I decided to tackle on right away is the sprites. Never been fan of the default chibis, so I edited it a bit...
Not sure if this will be the final take, but I like it more than the regular one.
Someone asked me why all my characters are blushing, referring to the little lines I draw below the eyes. I don't see it as a blush but rather just a little detail. I genuinely don't know how to interpret it...
my game has distinct areas where travel through what are known as "battle stations" these are more or less areas to explore and fight. occasionally, you'll stumble across secret rooms with sidequests ready to be taken. this area is in the high school attic of all places... but how do ya get there is the question.
So this flat Earther named Mike Hughes build his own rocket to prove that the Earth was flat. But on liftoff he still had the ladder he climbed up to the rocket laying against it. Needless to say things didn't go as planned.
