And yes, I did just take two minutes to Google how to create an array with a range of numbers.

I mean I probably could have googled it, but I mean more like "what the hell was my thought process when I put this in" :kaoswt:

I mean, if you are anything like me, at the time, it was the one way you knew how to do it so you did it. I still do things like that, even though I know there should be a more efficient way.
Trying to understand why this works when pasted in the Death state:

But this, whether in events/passives/death, causes the game to freak out:
(also in post-apply as target/post-regenerate at the same time)

It's a meme LOL. Probably will understand the reference if you watch the end of this commercial.

I know passive states don't go through the standard 'apply' phase so that may have soemyhing to do with it.

I think apply in this case is after a skill has processed without necessarily having done damage, I have used it for other passives before (this is all Visustella stuff).
When I get an email saying a plugin is updated, so I get the update (have backups though), but it was a compatibility update and now every time I hover over an actor it says I have to update a plugin whose update isn't out yet and closes the game:

Me wondering if some of the sprites I'm using are overly clashing artstyle-wise or not: :kaoswt:

Plant sprite by hiddenone I believe. Enlarged in an attempt to make it match the battler sizes better, but honestly it's hard for me to tell.

I would switch some things to the time fantasy palette and see how it looks in comparison. It may look okay in-game right now, but could look even better if it all shares the same palette. :)

I don't think I've ever worked much with any palettes though, can I find them anywhere? Kinda just been going with what felt good up until now :kaoslp:

Time fantasy may have a palette somewhere, but you could just pull colors from its tiles to recolor things. Like using the green from the round tree on the thinner tree you added.

Tried to replicate a skill that gives buffs depending on how many Boost Points a character spent.
Found the script call that records that, added it to a variable and put a message in an action sequence to see if I used the right script call. Used the skill several times, but it keeps saying 0 were used. Check the message again, what do I find? The script call variable is not the one I put in the message. :kaoswt2:

Me when I realize I could've placed the script call for a little sound clip I wanted states to play when they were erased/expired directly into the code section for On Erase/On Expire instead of copy-pasting the note tags into every single state note box:
    TESTOSTERONE

But then you have flexibility on which sound clip you want to play depending on the state. :D

I only have 1 generic "state go away" clip, but could probably put conditions in there if I wanted to. Imagine removing all the regular note tags so it doesn't sound weird, though... (they were in over 100 states and sometimes incorporated into code for said states) :kaoswt:

Knocked out two more cutscenes. Think that leaves me at 6? Last two are the two endings though so don't know if that counts as a "cutscene" but still.
Begrudgingly watched the first episode of Oshi No Ko. I didn't want to at first, but it came highly recommended.
Yeah, not a fun show

Boring: Using RPG Maker's default inventory function.
Based: Using SRD's Skill Extender to make submenus that split up items based on their use.

... Also I plan to use this for containing different levels of the same skill into one place.
Couple shots of my own window and button set stuff in action.
