A personal note to anyone who creates resources.
Please have a way to simply download them all in one(ish) go.
Certainly for me with a phone it's extra difficult to save useful stuff if I'm saving them one at a time. (And my cache isn't reliable, so whenever I go offline it's almost 50/50 whether it stays loaded.)
Meaning: have a zip folder compilation somewhere to download.
Following a start-to-finish rpgmaker tutorial (on vx ace) just to get a 'finished' project behind me.
And, naturally, started editing its RTP assets again...
It's fun doing it, and it's nice to take a break from trying to make original pseudo-pixelart assets.
Watching the launch, I felt a sort of detached excitement. Usually I'd think something like this would be extremely exciting. I'm fascinated by space exploration and am a big Sci-Fi fan. I guess it's just current events.
What did everyone else think about it?
Yesterday, for my youngest sibling's birthday, we watched one of his favorite movies.
Ponyo is such a beautiful, but certainly strange, movie.
I just have to say that I prefer the majority of Studio Ghibli's works to those of Disney.

1 The door of ABS map can open upon clearing all the monsters
2 Secret room/road arrow/lighting/whatever others can be shown upon clearing too
3 Boss HP bar and loot effect, loot jump and item name color as well as the pick-up animation effect
4 Back to town and "victory aftermath" screen for ABS maps/rooms
Playing one of the two RM2k3 games I was best known for back in the day, one I made in the Spring semester of my Freshmen year in college like 15 years ago, feeling all kinds of ways about it. I have not played this game in WELL over 10 years. I feel a million years old RN.
