Remember: Yer outer buildings don't have to reflect exact sizes of the inner ones as long as there is an acceptable amount of consistency.

I manage to do with variables, but it take too long and very hard job, because of various levels and characters...

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
