OK so if you people have the same issue with me i found a solution (i believe)
i am still using Map Effects by Zeus81
So when i made a script call with this command:
My game lag very much! but i looked up on the forum and luckily a guy had wrote the command the right way and he helped me...
OK YOU SAVED ME!
i was looking for new zooming script just beause i was writing
map_effects.refresh_rate = 60
And it lag my game from 60 to 9 fps...

As i said in the tittle i have tried 2 zooming scripts but both had some issues..
The first one was: Map Effects by Zeus81. When i zoom-in it lags and lower my fps from 60 to 9 (with events and without.)
And the second one i tried was MGC TileMap Ace by MGC that did not lag...

Ok! i found solution (at least for my project) To make this script compatible with Galv's Character Effects. With a little "cost"..
To make the Galv's Character Effects reflections to work while i had the Vlue's Eventing Tuning Script, i had to edit the Fine Tuning v3.1 (the script in demo...

I've been working on something on and off for a few years now, and I've been reluctant to share any details on the project before I had anything playable because I did not want to generate hype only for the project to go back on hiatus.
