    For all we know they planned it all along... get people relying on their service and then BAM. Pay up or else. Either way, it's BS and see if I ever use them for anything again. I mean, I never trusted image hosting site to begin with, but this? I'll just make sure I always have a good webhosting package, I think...

    Yep, yep. However, it's still a decent starting point for Human habitation compared to other planets; Humans wouldn't be living without the aid of technology. I hope we put more effort into off-world habitation, since it's vital for our species that we do leave our solar system before the Sun dies. However, the biggest threat to man is itself at the moment; we just can't seem to stop blowing each other up. :p

    Sun explosion will take quite a while. However, we need to leave Earth as soon as possible, because there are serious threats of Earth anihilating human population quite soon... 30% probability of a supervolcano that once caused ice age and is ready to explode again soon, melting oceans... And I could continue :D

    Yep. At the moment we have all of our eggs in one basket, and there's nothing we can do to stop our doom so long as we remain here. The Earth has never been a stable place, I don't think any planet is - it's just been relatively stable enough for a while to allow life to thrive. Not saying we should abandon our home, but we do not to spread our species around a bit.

    It can be done, but it generally costs mucho moolah.

    If you have another PC to plug the hard drive into, you can try to run some programs to recover data (Can't think of any off the top of my head, but they exist)
    That should be able to drag back some or all the files, depending on how serious the crash was.

    Data recovery software is available but costs money if you have to recover more than 2GB of data. You may also find that data recovery companies are much cheaper now. Around $500-1000. While that may be a lot, depending on what you need to recover, it's not that bad. It use to be over $3000 years ago. One software to try like @Seriel said is EaseUS or Power data recovery.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
