There's been a lot of stress things going on, and I'm worried it's been clouding the development stuff. But for the first time in a while I feel back on track, though I'm sure I've killed whatever good will I've had here. Hoping I can get something to show soon.
I've slowly been learning to appreciate smaller sprites. I feel kind of annoying posting every wip thing. I think things are starting to turn out better - but I might need to find to help to yell at me everytime I start going off course.
Before, I was drawing all the sprite work, super big and shrinking it down. Which was really time consuming if thing's changed. So instead I'm drawing the characters sketch, and then remaking it with pixel art instead.
Adobe Premiere just crashed so hard it broke my GPU drivers sending me on a DDU quest. Why does this company with it's awful software subscription model and bloated software still dominate the industry? Can we collectively agree to not support this company any more?
struture-wise, my game operates more like a beat 'em up than an rpg. so each area of the city you run around in counts as a stage when you first get there. A silhouette of the boss/bosses will be in these stage intro pics, along with the stage name.
