Well, when I get home, I am going to try my hand at character art. I have realized that just because most is hand-drawn does not mean it has to be. I can do vector art. As such, I will try my best.
It never fails to blow my mind how quickly a map can go from boring to pretty, just by adding a few things - some long grass, nice trees, flowers here and there, the tent and the hole in the ground that are required piece of the map...
Man. Why wasn't quinoa popular when I was going to school... $10 of quinoa salad has fed me lunch all week and then some... That's less than $2 per meal for a good, healthy meal!
Grammar hint of the day - its vs. it's: If you can't say "it is," then use its. Apostrophe-s usually denotes belonging, but not in the case of "it's." Enjoy! =P
Sometimes it amazes me how long it takes to work on some small things... But then I get it done and smile because even the small things are just so awesome.
Aw. Is lunch over already? Oh, well. I tested some battle backgrounds, made a blog post, put a fog overlay on my forest town, and started on some initial character stat curves. Not bad.
