Just saw some of the Castlevania anime season 1. Its very well drawn and acted, and I've always liked the Trevor storyline, but so far its just...tepid. I dunno whats missing, but its not holding my attention. Maybe because the plot is predictable?
All this Visustella stuff looks really good and I'm thinking of shelling out the cash...but it's all obfuscated and uneditable. I mean I understand why they did that but still, it would be nice to be able to tweak them...I might just buy them anyway...
Being a corpo rat, it's so easy to think one's doing the right thing: busily being productive and pushing paper so your boss will be happy and maybe give you that bonus. Then you get home too tired to even open RM and give yourself a nice excuse that you'll do it tomorrow. Man, I'm in a bad loop that needs a break.
I feel like cranking out one of those no brainer cookie cutter heroes save world with elemental crystal RPGs again. Just for the fun of it; I don't even care if no one plays it. Why does it feel like a vice?
I rebought VX and XP cause of the Steam sale. Honestly I don't even remember where I put my original copies, and I am betting the DRM on those aren't working anymore after like what? A decade? Well, now I have a full set on Steam!
When I went to work on Friday I oddly thought it was Thursday. When the truth hit me at noon, I was so like TGIF! Happiness comes from the most silly things sometimes.
Saw on YT how this guy ran a DnD game for 40 years every weekend. I wonder if I'd still be RMing in 20 years or so. Probably. I don't see myself getting bored of this.
Whew... I've been on a tear recently. Been working nonstop. Feels really good to be back in the groove! I think it's because I can finally see the end approaching. I only have 8 more side quests to develop (then NPCs, some art, then pretty much done).
