    Pretty much I have to reassemble a team, and find actual free time to make it. Turns out having a FT job in games takes up a lot of time XD

    If you are doing world mapping, it may be easier to make the continent first; then the mountains (if you are using them); wasteland biomes (if you will use any); rivers; forests (if you will use any); and lastly any settlements.
    I find mapping really easy, and a minor drawing plan for your game maps might help you a lot.

    When i don't know what to do, I search online for photos and wallpapers of cities and forests. That helps me get inspiration!

    Or you could watch Questing Beast on his youtube channel. He draws fantasy world maps as a hobby, and this may help you understand as well.

    Well @Shaz its been up about 2 days now roughly but i'm in no hurry. just been really eager to see it up so i can see if people like it. Also, do you always have an irritated demeanor when you post something?

    Sorry if that came across as irritated - didn't mean it to. I'm just brief because there are so many people asking for help and I have so little time to read their threads (and possibly reply). So yes, maybe I do usually come across as abrupt, or irritated, as you put it. If it's been 2 days and you're worried, PM one of the global mods.

    You can go to your profile and click on the "postings" tab. Scroll all the way down and there will be an option at the bottom "Find all threads by..."

    So steam updated and now i can't login cause i can't connect to steam now. not how i wanted to spend my day cause now i can't even use rpgmaker.

    Try restarting Steam and if that doesn't work, try rebooting your computer. It happened to me before. But after restarting steam a few times and rebooting when restarting steam fails, it got back to normal. Sometimes, you'll need to wait a while in between steam restart times. Often times when steam updates kills steam connection, I just try again later that day and it works (usually in an hour or two). You can also go to steam's site for support if nothing works. Hope it does work out for you. :)

    i found the problem. the network admin has locked to ports that allow computers to connect to servers....so not even offline mode will save me now.

    It doesn't. You can follow people instead. But given the forum is updating to new software again in a few days, might want to hold off and see how it works then.

    ok. i kinda think loosing the friends list was dumb cause i no longer have a list of people i used to know. which, in a creators world, is a major loss in references.

    I wish i knew how to build custom classes in ace. i can move the scales and just typ ein numbers but i haven't the foggiest as to what they are for. i even read the help doc that came with the maker but i can't seem to make a "correct" class.... :(

    I suggest you start a thread in the Ace Support section.  (Status Updates isn't the place to give the sort of detailed answers you might need.)  When you do so, define what you mean by a "correct" class.

    I was going to do so. I wasn't looking for any answers in the status update per say, i was just complaining about it is all. Last night was rough when it sank in just how much i had forgotten about the engine.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
