Tonight's bedtime paradox:
If pinocchio were to say, "My nose will now grow", will his nose grow? Note, his nose will only grow if he is lying, so if he says it will grow, knowing that it doesn't just grow, it would grow because he would be, in affect, telling a lie. However, since it does grow he would then be telling the truth thereby nullifying the statement as a lie. This would mean he told the truth, to which his nose would not grow. However, if his nose did not grow after he said it would he would then be lying, which would make his nose grow in response. I assume you all can see the circular cause and effect on this one.
