I find that if you use a lot of "force action", you can make the AI seem more robust than it is. Especially if you have invisible states applied from every player action. "Inflicted with Basic Attack State. Force Action of cast Attack Down on person inflicted."

Depends on what you're doing and how often you "Force Action". I tend to only use it when a player does something "Unfair" to my AI. Or something "Expected". I do have "surprises" as well. Inflict the "Burn" state on a Wolf and it uses "Escape" if it can.
