AND. Since I wake up at 4 AM. Ha. Ha ha. HAHAHHAHA.
I still wonder how those things work since we dont have those here...
The place I grew up didn't adopt it until 2006 so I've always been so unused to it. I find it so pointless in a post-industrial world. Like...OK. It gets light outside a bit sooner but it's almost sunset when you go home for the day. By the time we get to solstice, it's going to be dark mornings again. Like...OK?
I have the same problem. This year I stayed up an hour later at night like 3 weeks before the change though and slept in that hour when I could to adjust myself. Seems to have worked, so far.
I wish I could have but it’s so hard for me to stay up an hour later lately. My work shoes have crapped out on me so I’m pretty much sitting as soon as I get home, and oops. Can’t get back up. XD
In Canada here it get's darker 5 hours earlier now. The sun ran away because it's too cold.
I’m right on the border so it’s very much the same around here.
That could be your most productive hour of the day though.
Doing your own stuff, of course, not spending it working for someone else.
When I worked midnight, we had to do 2AM twice. It suuuuuucked. Lol.
