Health problems aside, I'm sure he was happy to spend his last day alone with his daughter. Your father will continue to live on within your heart. Take it one day at a time, Shaz. Allow yourself to mourn your father's passing as you see fit.
I'm so, so sorry to hear it, Shaz. Everything he taught you, and everything he inspired in you, is his legacy - and you're a really good one. Take good care of your family, and let them take care of you.
The hardest moment I ever felt was first realizing I'd never see my dad again. Super sorry to hear you have to experience that, but I'm glad you got to spend his last day with him. Treasure those moments, remember the good times, and you're a better person than I am if you're willing to help people while recovering from that.
I'm sorry to hear that, but glad that you got to spend some time with him. Be kind to yourself, and let others be kind to you, grief continues to sneak up when you're not looking.
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
