These things can "easily" be done with clump together in a single plugin file to change the default behavior so what you need to do is just to include this one particular plugin for every single project created.

What I actually need is a behavior change in the editor. For example, every instance of actor/class/enemies will have a 99% hit traits instead of 95%, or if I can set up how quick event reaction behaves. It will speed up development.
