No, honestly I'd start a thread about it and open the discussion up to past people who've done commissions of said scale or smaller/larger scales and get their opinions for starting rates. That will aid both you and your friend in the future on what to charge and negotiate fair prices.

Depends a lot on experience, skill, style, how much is expected, and how long it takes. But honestly, I wouldn't suggest hiring your friend since they're not already a pro at this. It will be a strain on the relationship.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
