While good advice I do want to sa that it also Highly depends on what works for you as an individual. I for one need the BGM music to make the map work perfectly, to envision it in my head beyond the initial concept. Same goes for characters (though Luckily I can do those myself). So, yeah good advice but with a caviot xD

Usually I start by creating music and graphic (character arts, gui, sometimes editing tileset).
I ended up having barely any progress on making the actual game.
At least with a finished game at hand, I know what assets I really need to create. :D

I sort of need the finalized characters (event graphics) for my game from the start ^^; Because I use pixel movement. I need to place the colliders based on the size of the character images first. Without the proper colliders, many events are uninteractable so it's something I have to finalize before I start eventing.

so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most. :kaojoy:

Holy stink, where have I been? Well, I started my temporary job this week. So less time to spend on game design... :(
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
