Given that you posted it 8 hours ago, and that it can reasonably take up to 72 hours for new threads to be approved ... you've still got another 64 hours before worrying. Not all moderators can approve posts in all areas, and those who can may not be online at the exact moment you post. And as we all have lives outside of RM, sometimes things don't happen as fast as you'd like
