On rare occasions I will go into panic mode for no reason, where I feel really tense and rushed.
Nervous? No. Exceptionally lazy to the point I procrastinate getting ready for work? Yes.
I get random nervous pangs about my game when I see people talking about it and streaming it, and wondering what'll be coming in the future. Sudden "uh oh, what have I gotten myself into..."
Then again I also get that with other real life things. It passes though
Well if what my mum says is true that biting your nails is a sign of nervousness, then yes I get random nervous-- a lot. But most of the time I tend to feel uneasy and/or restless.
Yep. Anxiety isn't fun.
@Galenmereth. I have to admit I've been feeling the same way about my game even though I told myself it was just to practice/learning.
@ Choas Avian I don't bite my nails but I do shake a bit. I feel uneasy a lot too.
@Sharm I just took a nap and feel a bit better.
Could be dietary/exercise. You'd be surprised.

My diet is already pretty clean. Barely eat junk. And with my level of exercise is already permissive to weight loss. I've just been a nervous person as long as I can remember.

See, that's why you had an anxious episode. Those are caused by general stress levels, not specific ones.
