Honestly, I only saw the movies on a rerun when I was very little. All I can remember about them are the scarcity of water, 80's baddass outfits, and many gunfights and carfights in the desert. Oh...and that awesome boomerang scene.

Well, if heaven exists, I aim to have ultimate bragging rights on coolest death. As for the movies... Mad Max 1 absolutely sucked... almost no action, very little plot, and a lot of crashing cars with little gunplay. Mad Max 2 is the best of the trilogy... And Beyond Thunderdome is only good for the parts that take place in Barter Town. And maybe the end fight. That was cool too.

Yeah, Mad Max 1 wasn't very good. The whole point of it was to simply set Max up as the road warrior.

This is the most random thing I've read today that actually made me laugh. Had no idea there were people who would want to experience that, xD.

A lot of my problems with Mad Max 1 is that it's almost an hour of nothing going on and no plot advancement. The badguys don't even get set up properly as "a force to be reckoned with". They're scary just because they ride motorcycles through town. The last 10 minutes of the movie is Max just driving to minor people of the gang and running them off the road to torture them before cut to credits. I mean, I don't need nonstop action or anything, but in a movie with a...

Just beat the last of us 2 last night and starting jedi: fallen order right now, both use unreal engine & when I say i knew 80% of jedi's buttons right away because they were the same buttons as TLOU2 its ridiculous, even the same narrow hallway crawl and barely-made-it jump they do. Unreal Engine is just big budget RPG Maker the way they make games nearly identical at its core lol.
Can someone recommend some fun story-heavy RPGs to me? Coming up with good gameplay is a nightmare! I was thinking of making some gameplay platforming-based, but that doesn't work well in RPG form*. I also was thinking of removing battles, but that would be too much like OneShot. I don't even know how to make good puzzles!
