Early game... sorta. Watch the coastlines near you to make sure you can repel troops he lands. If you're landlocked... then no, don't worry. If we're talking late game and he's got access to planes and nukes... Be very worried.

Yes I just got it in the steam sale and love it! I do have one ship actually but it won't go into the ocean tiles @_@.

The earliest ships can't traverse the ocean tiles. I haven't played Civ 5, but if it's anything like Civ 4, you just need to research Navigation or something similar to get access to the next ships which can traverse the ocean tiles.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
