@Mako there is the essentials pack and the character cover pack, not to mention the 10% off. Both the packs are 9.99 I believe and the 10% off was like $7-8.

Sorry I'm a staunch supporter or RPG Maker have been since 1999. Most if not all of that stuff is found in the script sections as a free download. Fun Fact over 98% of the 'essentials' pack is available right now as a free download for commercial use. I can can break it down for you but this character count is limited.. Most/All of the scripts are already posted, and the graphics are just resizes of what had already been released.

Where are you getting your information from? The Essentials pack is mostly original material along with some edits/etc created for convenience. It's not resized and it shouldn't be available for download for free -- if it is, then it's against the pack's TOS.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
