No, they can't Yanfly. Some threads can have a star rating system, but there are no downvotes. Perhaps he means on another forum?

Downvoting could be from YouTube. It isn't new to most people, some of the other scripters gets downvoted too, some even release amazing plugins somewhere and they always get a downvote or a useless criticism about the graphics, rather than the plugin's use. That's how low some people are.

I do sometimes wonder if this sort of thing is not, at least occasionally, orchestrated by someone who is jealous and wants his/her own work to appear better than it is because it doesn't have down votes. But perhaps I'm just a low-minded cynic.

Some of my more used plugins hardly get any likes or comments. But get up to 10k views and may be used a lot of times in games. The whole rating system, both here and on YouTube is kinda weird.

Or, they hate that person generally. I saw one on Facebook where he always gets downvotes or critics when his work is actually okay. They downvote it for the most childish reason, instead of taking into account, what could be the use of that certain thing. Jealousy as you said kjsp17, could also be a factor. Maybe they are jealous over Victor's work, and just wants their own to be standing out among others, so they downvote others.

I got downvoted a lot on my old youtube channel, people just did it because they dislike me, that was normal.
The odd part this time is that *all* other plugins are clear, only one got all the downvotes (the Fog and Overlay on youtube).
Not worried about it, just kinda amused by this strange fact.

That is ok. I know the rest of the Actor 3 Set...
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.

Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
