...how...how is that even...possible?
@Alexander Amnell - I wish it wasn't possible...

list of new "features" for the pc version of the remaster:

  • Locked 720p resolution
  • Incomplete and broken translations
  • Locked at 30 FPS (although some users have reported getting it to 40 FPS)
  • Brand new typos unique to the PC version
  • Uses PS3 and Xbox button icons at the same time
  • Random crashes
  • Only six save slots
  • Opening the config and save menu can take 30 seconds to load
  • Uses DRM called VMProtect that creates a new ".exe" file every time the game starts
Was thinking about the PC port... but I guess I'll try to get it for the Gamecube instead. :p
Are you sure you wanna bring up typos after you just called it "Tales of Symphony"? ._____.

But yes the PS3/PC ports are riddled with hilarious Engrishu.
The config/save menu delay is what's put me off the most.  The worst part is that if this sells badly they'll say it's because there wasn't a market for it, rather than accepting the real reason which is the port being so bad.  I can handle 720p resolution and 30fps but having to wait so long for the save menu to pop up is just silly.  Guess we'll have to wait for mods for this one too, I've heard the gamecube version was actually 60fps btw.

*Violent ball of 80's TV electricity* "Oww!! Stupid @ImaginaryVillain and his plugin, he didn't say time travel hurts! And why am I naked??"
It was at 3am Pacific May 25 that Skynet was created. And it came in the form of a messenger plugin so powerful it now runs my randomizer and does it better than the randomizer itself did. What have I created? :kaoback:
Found out someone took one of my artist's commissions, edited it and claimed it as their own. Called them out on Twitter, got blocked. Not sure whether to feel irritated or honored.
Im so glad that im into 16/32bit games because i'd never be able to create any assets for something more complex :p
I was thinking of MAYBE (a big maybe) starting an soundtrack resource thread where I would post one track per week.
