@Dalph™: Lesson of life:
Never mix Sauron and Joker in the same thread.
bah...Sauron is a good guy, he's just misunderstood:
DalphxJCBrickston, I ship it.
DalphxJCBrickstonxEuphonyxSusanxAwesomeCool is the best ship.
@AwesomeCool, I'm so flattered, but my... my heart only belongs to one person at a time, and that one person only. BD
(Must resist the temptation of a male harem- *shot!*)
@Susan - We could rotate
My heart can't take it
@Dalph™ No problem! I'm glad everyone cheered you up! Like I said, I love reading your posts. But I almost died laughing at that meme of the guy crying. Hahaha! But seriously, man. Keep on keeping on. And always remember one thing. Your trolls will follow you to whatever end...
Aww, not welcoming me to your ship, @AwesomeCool? I can be the crew's strategist.
@Matseb2611 I accuse AwesomeCool of high treason for not giving you a ship pass!
Someone should inform @Scythuz too before the ship leaves. ;D
Lol. Maybe he is still recruiting. If so, then sign me up for the job!
Who needs a ship when you can be a dragon?
A ship is still pretty useful for long distance journeys when you need to rest your wings every now and then.
It could be a spaceship. We never specified.
A spaceship eh, who's the captain of that one then?
I only travel by invisible horse
@JCBrickston - What about unladen swallows?
@Scythuz Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
@Scythuz Hahaha, nice!
What the hell???
@Matseb2611 Hahahaha, it's the killer rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail!
That bunny is just so adorable~ <3
@Matseb2611 Please tell me you've seen that movie? Monty Python and the Holy Grail
What's this ship talk?
I've seen parts of it, but never the whole thing. I like the bit with the Black Knight (that was from the Holy Grail, right?)
Yep, so go watch it right now!
@DesperateMeasurez Waaaiittttt!!!! I wanna go to Hollywood! Hey guys! Wait up!
@SusanXAllTheMenOnRMW. Now everyone is happy.
That's right! You've got to stick up for your woman! Here's a photo of the last guy who tried to get close to my girl.
Someone tried to steal your invisible girlfriend so you drew a chalk silhouette of him on the ground and photoshopped police tape on it?
Now why would you assume that she was invisible? I have proof she exists! Look! A real photo!
And here's what the guy I beat up looked like:
A locked status update? For a post, I could understand: forum rules, off topic and all... But a status update is kinda personal, a place to unwind and have some Craic. dayum would the dark, famished ghost of censorship haunts around now?
Or someone couldn't keep up with the fun and locked it... Nowhere safe to fun around now?
We actually do have status update rules and we do sometimes have to lock them for not following him. (Also just saying, no I don't know why the other one was locked.)
@mlogan - I looked them up and it didn't break any of them.
[*]Do not discuss or link to any illegal materials/activities. (Nope)
[*]Do not ask people to join your forum, team or project. Also, please avoid asking people to comment on or view your thread. (Nope)
[*]Do not make feeds that are passive aggressive or otherwise offensive, especially against staff members. (Nope)
[*]Do not make feeds for support questions or lengthy discussions, including asking why your thread hasn't been approved yet. (Nope, many status updates went way above that one's post count in terms of length and were never touched... ...including this one. Plus it was way to casual to ever survive as a thread in the end)
[*]Do not make feeds asking for donations, votes, signatures or registrations. (Nope)
[*]Do not use the status update excessively each day. Try to keep it a 2 a day maximum. (Nope)
None of these rules where even close to being broken, unless there is some hidden rule that we are not suppose to know that was broken.
It feels more like someone didn't like something in that update and decided to silence it over ignoring it tbh.
Source for rules if anybody doesn't know them for some reason:
@AwesomeCool I'm not going to sit her and discuss why it was potentially closed. I just don't know at all. I was merely responding to the statement that made it sound as if it doesn't/shouldn't happen to status updates by pointing out that yes, there are rules, and yes, people often violate them and yes, we do have to lock statuses.
Maybe one of the staff just pulled a joke on us by locking it and is now laughing at us questioning why it was locked.
I reckon @Dalph™locked it himself to make @AwesomeCool feel salty
In all seriousness though, I guess a mod locked it and then forgot to explain why because they were busy with other things? It happens, though, I think it's reasonable to ask if the mod who did it could explain why they did it? Just to clear the air?
@Scythuz - It made @Dalph™ pretty upset, so it should be explained ttbh.
My guess is that it was locked because it was the type of post that really should have been a forum post instead of a status update. I don't know who locked it though. I'm a little concerned about how quickly the torches and pitchforks came out before anyone was given a chance to explain what happened.
@AwesomeCool, honestly, I think that even if Dalph was upset, he would be the one to pursue the issue. He's not the kind to want to dramatize things, in my opinion. I think "shocked" would have been a better word, and I certainly was too, since I was in the middle of responding and had no idea why the status was suddenly locked.
@Sharm: An even better thing would have been for an explanation to be given before or while locking the status. It was this communication problem that led to the "torches and pitchforks" that is making you concerned. Many statuses like the locked one were left untouched (not only those made by Dalph), so of course this would raise questions. I enjoy posting in status updates of friends when being casual or having fun, than in forum threads where I tend to be more serious since I post in support or feedback.
Susan here said what I wanted to say, I hate drama and I don't want nor like to cause any trouble.
I would like to consider this discussion closed pls, I spoke to someone of the staff and they told me that nothing bad happened there. Also I'm not bothered anymore by it, I was mostly surprised (whatever the reason was, but it was probably an accident or what Sharm said here).
I was just wondering if I (or someone else) broke any rule but since nobody did, it's allright.
I'm not interested in drama either, I just thought an explanation was justified, no torches and pitchforks here
