The money is currently with the bank. Unfortunately I'm using a State owned bank, so they have very strict rules about bringing money from outside the country. They are asking me for a document signed by Valve explaining why they sent me money.
I finally found some way that I think is going to work, though.
No no no. I also use a bank from the state. There's no reason to ask why you are receiving the money. If you have a signed contract with Valve and they are sending you the money for the sales, no place for lame excuses. I posted on ReclameAqui.com.br and my problem got solved instantly.
