Look up some documents from that time period and use the names you see. It's especially great if you can find geneology or census documents, but period stories work too.
A fair amount of names in use today were used during the Middle Ages. Many Biblical names (Matthew, Mark, etc) were in use way back when. Which medieval culture are you looking for names for?
Aren't some of those fantasy names? I think Basch is German, and Ashe has roots in a few places. Balthier looks like the writers simply altered a Biblical name. :D Take a look at this site: https://www.behindthename.com/ It's a pretty good tool, though the information about names isn't always 100% accurate.
