Splinter Cell Chaos Theory is a great stealth game. A bit older though.

Not a fan of horror games sadly. The only horror game I really like Call of Cthulhu: Dark Corners of the Earth. You should really try it if you haven't. Just use the unofficial patch and the graphics improvement mod because the default version is broken without the patch.
