@Matseb2611 Yes it has. First it got hit by my accident which put me totally out of action for months, then I wasted time seeing if I could port it to MV, then RL got more demanding. But it's done now, and I'm rather pleased with it.
@FleshToDust This one was abnormal because of the factors I mentioned in my reply to Matseb. It also depends on how much time you can devote each week, and how much you are doing yourself. For example, I did a huge amount of tile & spriting editing & creating. For a game like mine, and for the amount of game time and game play, you would have to allow at least a year, working part time.
I remember when I still was around the goals & progress threads, it was just a little mid-development game, but now it's all grown up. Congratulations! : D
Congrats Kes for sticking with it through all the challenges! Always great to see the fruits of hard work come to life. Best of luck with the release! ;D
@starlight dream There have certainly been challenges on this one! And Windows is being its usual stupid self, so some people are blocked from installing because it thinks that RPGMaker is a virus, even though its been contacted by so many people asking for it to be white listed. I hate Windows.
You are an inspiration for us all! Oh... BTW you are affected by the loss of Greenlight too?
(And $%#%$#$%# Windows. Computers were supposed to be our friends, like if someone injected them human stupidity.)
I'm running on older Windows so no prob with the installation (well, so far... halfway through ;)) @Marquise* I agree it's inspiring when others complete their games! :kaojoy:
so hopefully tomorrow i get to go home from the hospital i've been here for 5 days already and it's driving me mad. I miss my family like crazy but at least I get to use my own toiletries and my own clothes. My mom is coming to visit soon i can't wait to see her cause i miss her the most.
Cartoonier cloud cover that better fits the art style, as well as (slightly) improved blending/fading... fading clouds when there are larger patterns is still somewhat abrupt for some reason.
