Speaking of, we started a small campaign with a good friend. A lot of people regret buy/adopting pets and dump them in the rural areas of our island. So we take wide-ish pipes and create food and water dispensers around parks and squares to liven up the place, while simultaneously checking up often to take animals for vaccination and sterilization.
