You get two MV plugins and one of them is C47_CustomTilesetConfig.js, which is the GUI tool.

And I also made another plugin to animate other tile types, will be released soon.
Nice idea. But it would really cost a lot efficiency. Maybe also need a in game config or switch to let player choose whether playing animation or not?
I only need A1 tiles so I didn't consider about other tile types.
